Who is Eligible for PM Laptop Scheme 2023:-

The applicant must have a valid CNIC number.
Students enrolled in PhD, M.Phill , MS or equivalent 18 year program.
Students enrolled in 5 years or 4 years bachelor degree are eligible for Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2023.
Students enrolled in MBA program 3.5 years, 2.5 years and 1.5 years.
Those candidates who already received Laptop from any Federal or provincial government are not eligible.
